VIDEO: 25 Shot In Atlanta Over July 4th Weekend, 4 Killed Including 8-Year-Old Girl

Democrat-run cities are completely out of control. An 8-year-old girl is among the dead in Atlanta after 25 were shot. One of the shootings was caught on video by several people (See videos below). So tragic & senseless that a child was a victim. Over two weekends in Chicago, 119 people were shot and 20 killed, including 5 children, the youngest being 1 & 7 years old. This election is going to be about law & order vs crime & lawlessness. Hopefully the crowd that wants to defund the police doesn’t win.

“Atlanta police said they responded to multiple shootings throughout the city during the fourth of July weekend.

Police reported at least 25 people were shot in six separate incidents. Three of the shootings were deadly.

An 8-year-old girl died from her injuries after someone opened fire into a car off University Ave. Police identified the child Sunday as Secoriea Turner.

Officers said they responded to a 911 call near University Avenue and I-75/I-85 around 9:50 p.m. The location of the shooting was in a parking lot across the street from the now burned-out Wendy’s, which has been occupied by demonstrators since Brooks’ death at the hands of an Atlanta police officer.

Police said Turner was riding in a car with her mother and her mother’s friend when they exited the interstate at University Avenue. The driver tried to turn into the parking lot at 1238 Pryor Road when he was confronted by an “group of armed individuals” who had blocked the entrance.

“At some point, someone in that group opened fire on the vehicle, striking it multiple times and striking the child who was inside. The driver then drove to Atlanta Medical Center for help,” police said in a statement.

Police said the 911 caller told them they were heading to Atlanta Medical Center with the victim. The child died at the hospital.

24 hours later, police said 3 other people were shot just feet away, killing one person.

Officers responded to 1192 Pryor Street, next door to the Wendy’s, and found two people who appeared to have been shot.

A third victim arrived at Grady hospital a short time later.

Police said a 53-year-old man was dead at the scene. A second victim appeared to have been grazed by a bullet and was stable. The third victim was taken to the hospital by private vehicle. That person’s condition is unclear.

Two more people have died after a shooting around 1 a.m. Sunday off Auburn Avenue in northeast Atlanta.

Police said a large group was watching fireworks when a car hit a pedestrian.

An argument broke out and escalated into gunfire, according to investigators. Police said 14 people were shot and taken to area hospitals. Two people who were in critical condition have since died.

Along with the two deadly shootings, Atlanta police reported at least three other shootings in the last 24 hours.

Officers responded to a call off Lakewood Avenue in southeast Atlanta around 11:45 p.m. Saturday night. Police said someone drove by and fired shots at a group of people. Five were shot and taken to hospitals in stable condition.

Two men got into an argument over a woman off Edgewood Avenue around 12:50 a.m. One shot the other in the arm.

Off Hardee Street in northeast Atlanta, officers found a man and woman who had been shot. Both declined to give information to police about what happened and were taken to Grady Hospital in stable condition. Investigators said the two may have confronted a group of people setting off fireworks before the shooting.
